Mankind is a book that reminds me to be compassionate with others. It encourages me to be a better human being and that I can make a difference in this so called LIFE. I love how the author, Suzanne, gives her personal experiences on how to see others genuinely with love and compassion. Her experiences in life have made her change her ways of looking at others and how we all need one another. I recommend this book to better oneself and feel good about reaching out to others who are in need of a listening ear or hugs.

An easy and enjoyable read that everyone can benefit from.
Mankind offers nuanced yet simple and practical ways to deal with anxiety and depression. As an immigrant, the author’s transparency is refreshing, as we often don’t benefit from that level of openness in our communities.
I found the prompts in the “reflective corners” quite useful in challenging some of my own “truths”.
